I wanted to say thanks to everyone who has been praying for me through this difficult transition. On Monday’s regular blog post I post my Christmas letter of lessons I learned in 2009 (and there were a lot).
Today in my quiet time, I realized that it has been a year since I have begun to really press into God. Trials caught my attention. Not getting along with leadership at church began this burning holy flame one year ago. The fast-talking, sell-sell-sell girl was told by God to “Sit here while I go over there and pray” (Matthew 26:36). That was because just a few months later I got my book contract with NavPress and my whole life changed!!!
Now I have another opportunity to sit the next few days. I would appreciate your prayers as I draw near into His presence and seek His face wholeheartedly.
