    Can’t go wrong with Bonhoeffer! You should also check out Henri Nouwen, who wrote a lot about suffering.

    Your post on sufferings was powerful.

    First, I’m sorry God hasn’t taken away your thorn in the flesh. I can’t imagine how hard that has to be on you.

    This really hit me…”When the panic attacks come I know God is waiting for me. All I need to do is surrender my pride. Easier said than done.” You said…well wrote…a mouthful there. Pride has bit into me more times than I care to admit and I’ve been wrestling with big pride issues this week.

    But I can see the hand of God on you and I can’t wait to see where He takes you.
